Barrow occupies a pleasant spot in eastern Shropshire's Severn valley, easily reached via the A4169 from Telford or through local roads from the M54's Junction 4. The A442 provides the main connection southward, whilst the nearby A458 links to Bridgnorth and the wider county network. With roughly 50 fast charging points locally, it's well-served for electric vehicles. The village enjoys an elevated position overlooking the Severn, offering clear views across to the haunting ruins of Buildwas Abbey on the opposite bank.
