Ireland
Barefield is a small town in County Clare, sitting just 6 kilometers northeast of Ennis along the N18 between Limerick and Galway. The area is proper farming country with green fields divided by stone walls, and most folk head into Ennis for their shopping and services. The N18 gives easy access south to Limerick or north toward Galway, while local roads like the R352 connect the surrounding farming communities. There's decent electric charging around Ennis for EV drivers, and the area's claim to fame is Dromoland Castle Golf Course, a championship course set in castle grounds that's considered one of Ireland's top golfing spots.
