Balmoral is a residential area in south Belfast, easily reached via the A1 Lisburn Road from the city centre or M1 motorway. Most journeys are local trips from elsewhere in Belfast or nearby Lisburn, with George Best City Airport 12km away and International Airport 30km northwest. The Lisburn Road here is lined with converted Victorian terraces housing popular independent cafes and shops.
