Ballylooby

Ireland

Ireland

Ballylooby is a small County Tipperary town on the River Suir in the Golden Vale, reached via the R670 which connects to the N24 between Waterford and Limerick. From Cork, head north on the N8 to Cahir then northwest for 15 kilometres, while Dublin drivers use the M7 to Nenagh then south on the N52 and R497 for a two-hour trip. The town sits near Sean Treacy Memorial Swimming Pool, a popular family waterpark, and its old stone bridge still carries traffic between Tipperary and Waterford counties across the Suir.
