Baffins is a Portsmouth residential area reached via the A3(M) from London, terminating at the A2030 Eastern Road. The district sits between Portsmouth city centre and eastern suburbs like Copnor, with local routes connecting through the A288. Approximately 200 EV charging points serve the wider Portsmouth area. The area retains Hilsea Lido, a 1935-built outdoor swimming pool that remains one of the south coast's few surviving examples.
