Babbacombe

Babbacombe perches on Torbay's red cliffs north of Torquay, reached via the A3022 from Junction 31 of the M5. This Victorian clifftop district connects easily with St Marychurch and offers stunning bay views from its elevated sandstone headlands. The 1926 Babbacombe Cliff Railway still carries passengers down to Oddicombe Beach in its original wooden carriages.
