Auchterneed

Auchterneed is a small Highland settlement near Strathpeffer, reached via the A834 from Inverness or Dingwall. It's popular with visitors heading to the western Highlands and benefits from good EV charging infrastructure. The village retains its connection to railway heritage through nearby Strathpeffer's preserved Victorian station and original Highland Railway signal box.
