Arnold, NE

Arnold is a small farming town in Nebraska's Sandhills, reached via Highway 92 from North Platte (45 miles west) or by taking Highway 47 north from Interstate 80 at Gothenburg. The community of under 1,000 people serves the surrounding agricultural area with typical Great Plains weather. The town's 1918 Carnegie Library remains a working piece of history, one of the few Carnegie-funded libraries still operating in Nebraska.
