Annacotty

Annacotty sits just east of Limerick city along the Shannon, where the N7 Dublin road meets local routes heading to Castletroy and UL. It's a handy stop between Dublin and the southwest, with the M7 motorway running parallel and junction access funneling traffic through town. The old Wiggins Teape paper mill, which ran for over a century until 2009, still dominates the riverside with its distinctive industrial buildings.
