Anderson is a tiny community in Grimes County along Highway 90, about 60 miles northwest of Houston. The historic railroad depot from the late 1800s still stands as a reminder of when the International and Great Northern Railroad helped establish this rural Texas stop between Huntsville and Hempstead.
