Alltsigh is a small Highland village on Loch Ness's western shore, reached via the A82 between Invermoriston and Fort Augustus. Popular with day-trippers from Inverness (40km) exploring the loch, it offers brilliant views across to Urquhart Castle ruins on the opposite bank.
