Abbeyside sits right on Dungarvan Bay in County Waterford, connected to the main road network via the R675 that links straight across to Dungarvan town. From Dublin, you'll take the M9 south, then the N25 west toward Cork before turning off for the R672 and R675. The town sits at the heart of the Copper Coast UNESCO Global Geopark, offering grand coastal views and walks. The standout feature is the historic Abbeyside Church with its round tower that's been guiding ships into the bay for over a thousand years.
